Heartfulness Retreat – A Pure Heart – The door to Your Inner Reality
(Nov 26, 2023)

The heartfulness retreat carries the essence of Osho, Sufi master Rumi and Buddhist master & founder of Tibetan Buddhism Atisha. All meditations will be based on invoking the heart center and using awareness as a means to purify our heart.

Mind means security & the known territory. Heart signifies insecurity & courage to seek the unknown. Every person carries a deep desire to seek their inner reality which remains unknown & unexplored. In this meditation retreat, we as a group will descend from the head to the heart using Sufi techniques in the first half of the day. Descending into the heart is not enough as our heart is full of unconscious emotions. With mindfulness, we will learn how to purify the heart so we can see our inner reality.

In the later part of the retreat post-lunch we will experience a taste of self-compassion and how we can use it as a tool to transform our misery & pain into joy & blissfulness. Osho Heart Meditation is a kind of mind training or de-hypnosis to learn how to be blissful in the present moment.

This retreat is for people who would like to live mindfully & joyfully in the present moment without carrying the burden of the past. It takes the right understanding and practice of meditation. Come, join and experience this transformation in a beautiful loving group energy.

This retreat focuses on four aspects of holistic living:

  1. Meditation or Mindfulness
  2. Being in touch with Nature
  3. Dance & Learning to Celebrate Life
  4. Wholesome food

Fall Meditation Retreat – Dying to the past. Living in the Present
(Sep 17, 2023)

Fall is that time of the year when leaves change color and prepare to die. The tree doesn’t hold on to the leaves. It let goes of the old leaves and the old dry leaves dance their way into death. This is symbolic of dying to the past so we can be richer and more alive in the present moment.

Dying to the past needs courage

Much courage is required to die to the past conditionings of the mind. But it is necessary to unburden from past memories, and experiences (good or bad) to be able to enjoy the present moment. Meditation teaches you to die to the past and live in the present.
